Comment aller au marriage / How to get to the wedding?

The wedding will take place in Kastro, a wonderfull small village west of Peloponnese. There are several ways to get there:

1/ you fly to the island of Zakinthos (there is a direct Ryanair flight from Charleroi) and you take the ferry boat to Killini.  

2/ you fly to Athens and then drive to Patras (more or less 3 hours) and then an extra hour to Kastro. The motorway between Athens and Patra is not good, we advise not to take the road at night! Taking the bus from Athens to Patras is also possible but very slow and tiring.   

3/ Boat from Italy (Bari, Ancona or Venice) to Patras 

4/ Anyone interested to come with a sailing boat to the wedding can receive help from a qualified skipper and will be my friend forever :-)

Où dormir? Where to sleep?

La cérémonie et la fête vont se dérouler à l'hotel Kyllini Beach. C'est un hotel superbe au bord de la mer à 3 kilomètres du village. L'hotel propose uniquement une formule "all inclusive" (voir description ci-dessous).

C'est aussi à cet hotel que nous dormirons la semaine avant le marriage. Notre idée était de partager une semaine de vacance et de fêtes tous ensemble avant le grand jour!

Pour réserver, contacter Mr Angelopoulos par email en anglais (g.angelopoulos@kyllinibeach.com) en précisant que la réservation est pour le marriage Dechaumont/Lepida afin d'avoir un prix spécial.

The ceremony and the party will take place in the Kyllini Beach Hotel. It is a superb resort by the sea only 3 kilometres from the village. The hotel only proposed an "all inclusive" package (see description below). 

We will be staying in that hotel the week before the wedding. Our idea was to share a week of holiday and party all together before the big day!

In order to make a reservation, please contact Mr. Angelopoulos via email (g.angelopoulos@kyllinibeach.com) with a special mention that you are coming for the Dechaumont/Lepida wedding to get a special price.

Description of the hotel by Mr Angelopoulos:

Our program includes ALL INCLUSIVE "Premium", ie all main meals at our restaurant placed on buffets full of imagination. At dinner, on a daily basis, we hold alternating theme nights. On daily basis the "Seafront Restaurant" (Speciality restaurant, EUR 10,00 p.P), is open with high quality menu. All beverages such as coffee, tea, juices, house wine, soft drinks, water, beer during meals  are included in the price (specific wines from the list are charged extra).

Every day at the main bar from 10.00 until 24.00 hrs ice cream and all drinks are free of charge, except champagne, specific wines, bottled products and some alcoholic beverages. Afternoon  between 16.00 - 17.00hrs with cake,  are included in the price.

The price also includes sports such as team work out on our Open Air Stage, gym center, archery, 10 sand tennis courts,  Boccia, Shuffleboard and others, as well as swimming pools, sauna and Hamam. Deck chairs on the beach and pool towels and umbrellas are free of charge.

For the little guests/friends we offer, child programm activities (6x /week) and children disco. The price includes the renovated playground, with many shadow places, many games, a baby pool with slide and a large waterslide. charged per hour is baby sitting (on request)

Our hotel offers certifications ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, has been awarded the <Green Key>(GREENKEY), the "Blue Flag", the environmental award of TUI <Umwelt Champion> in 2012 and is one of the 300 best hotels of TUI in the world.
