I love honey! and fresh honey is the best! I had a chance to follow my father in law picking the honey from his hives and made a small movie about it.
My father in law, Dimitris, has several hives in Kastro and produces a great honey we are eating all year long. He took me for the harvest on a early day of August, before it go too hot. The day after we extracted the honey and had several kilos of delicious honey!
